Job OverviewDepartment: Production Engineering DepartmentPosition: Process EngineerDirect Manager: Customer Service ManagerJob DescriptionWork across all stages of the manufacturing process to support continuous operations and quality.Design innovative processes and equipment for new facilities.Modify, upgrade, and optimize existing equipment and manufacturing processes.ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop new manufacturing equipment.Assist Process Technicians with complex troubleshooting when equipment or process issues arise.Collect, interpret, and document operational data into written technical reports.Lead the installation and setup of new equipment.Present data analysis and progress reports to management and clients.Continually evaluate equipment and workflows to ensure peak efficiency and high quality standards.Requirements1. EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.2. Work Experience2+ years of proven work experience in production or process engineering.3.
