As a member of our Security and Event Staff team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, service, and success of venues, special events, and client operations. You will represent TITAN as the frontline connection with guests, staff, and the public—providing a professional presence, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring venues, events, and client facilities. Provide professional guest services, including greeting, wayfinding, and general assistance. Enforce venue and client policies with tact, professionalism, and respect. Identify and respond to potential risks or security concerns proactively. Conduct access control, credential checks, and crowd management as assigned. Monitor and report incidents accurately, completing required documentation. De-escalate conflicts and resolve guest issues in a calm and effective manner. Support event operations, including ticket scanning, bag checks, ushering, and directional support. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and partner vendors to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience. Qualifications Prior experience in security, customer service, or event staffing preferred (training provided). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor; punctual and reliable. Ability to stand, walk, and remain outdoors for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require. For security positions: Must meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
